The CDL driver is responsible for delivering and picking up building material products or supplies to customers. His or her duties include operating freight handling equipment, maintenance and operation of company vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload lumber and building materials accurately and efficiently
Lift materials over 75lbs
Verify materials in outgoing and incoming vehicles
Abide by legal road regulations as specified by PA, MD, NJ, and DE law enforcement.
Follow safety regulations
Operate lumberyard equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, lumber carts, banding equipment, band saw and other powered hand tools as needed
Must communicate positively and effectively with customers and coworkers
Collect money on all C.O.D. orders
Work in an outdoor environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; or higher
CDL B license
0-5+ years of driving experience
Lumber or building material knowledge a plus but not necessary

We are searching for an Inside Sales Rep who is experienced and knowledgeable about the lumber and building material industry. The position involves working one-on-one with customers, whether that be quoting jobs or checking them out at the store counter. Responsibilities include communicating with customers on a professional level, building sales, learning products, and working in a team environment.
Other responsibilities include:
Building rapport with regular customers
Explaining products
Staying up to date with industry news
Creating and quoting customer jobs
Ordering special materials/products from suppliers
Billing out customers at the store counter
Creating a professional work environment
Understanding the needs of customers
Continuing growth of customers
Learning to use our POS system Spruce
Requirements:
Full-time
BS or BA
Knowledge/experience in sales of lumber or building materials
Understanding of basic computer functions
Excellent communication
Good organization
U.S. Citizen
